What are some of the best websites for people to look on when looking for internships, full-time jobs, part-time jobs, etc.?

All of these are great sources (as listed by the others) but do not discount the possibilities of Facebook! Join facebook groups devoted to jobs and internships, whether specific to your city or university. People post job openings there and also can post their own qualifications to see if anyone has a position to offer them.
I agree with Amanda and Elana! Another site I found helpful (also where I found out about Uloop!) was Wayup! Much like other job sites, the site requires you to build a profile - education, work experience, extracurriculars, skills. Once you have your profile complete, WayUp can do the work for you and link you to different positions that match your profile and job needs. What I found most helpful is the personalized connections, how it led directly to the job application, and how new positions were emailed to me.
I use Indeed.com, Internships.com, LinkedIn, and just general Google searches. If there is a specific company that you have in mind, look directly on their website and/or in the actual physically establishment!
There are lots of great job aggregate sites out there but the best and easiest to use are probably Indeed, Monster, Internships.com, and LinkedIn. You can make accounts on these sites and upload your resume so it's ready to be submitted for whatever job you find that you're interested in. Additionally, if you are looking to get a job or internship in a specific field, looking for more specific job aggregate sites that focus on a certain field would be wise as well. Lastly, if you know of a company you'd want to work for, go to their individual website and look at their employment or career opportunities.
